So what’s this all about…
What is a New Release Library Box?
A New Release Library Box is a carefully curated box of books that is delivered directly to your library. It contains 10-15 books from our top publishers (like Penguin, Harper Collins, Walker Books etc). These titles are all new releases with their publishing date no more than 1 month from when you receive the box.
How many books are in a New Release Library Box?
Between 10 -15 new titles from our top publishers per box.
What exactly is a book cycle?
You will receive a New Release Library Box 6 - 8 times per year with no obligation to buy.
Keep in mind, if you purchase the entire box you will receive 25% off!
Later in the year we will be offering charge forward invoices.
What comes with the box?
Apart from the fabulous new release titles and an accompanying email with information about the title, author, promotional material to engage your students.
How long can I hold on to my box before having to send it back?
The team at Lilydale Books will contact you within 2 weeks of receiving your box to arrange either an invoice or a return.
How do I place my order?
Use the link provided in your email, or email us directly at info@lilydalebooks.com.au
How do I receive 25% off?
Buy all the books! If you choose to keep all the books in that book cycle, then your invoice will automatically reflect the 25% discount.
What if I want all books but 1?
This will make us sad but we understand that not all books are for you. When you place your order, we will see what will need to be returned. Remember you will only receive 10% off your order.
Lilydale books will send you an email with all the information for correctly packing, labelling, and posting any returns.
How do I return the books?
If there are any books you do not want, simply send Lilydale Books an email and we will give you full details on the returns process.
We really do like feedback! So please let us know why you do not want these books, as we are more than happy to tailor to suit your needs.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
No, Lilydale Books pays for all postage charges! How fantastic is that?
What if I receive a damaged book?
Oh no! Please contact Lilydale Books on 03 9739 6186 or info@lilydalebooks.com.au as soon as you find a damaged book.
We will organise a replacement.
What if returned books are damaged?
As a librarian, you understand the need to carefully handle new books. Be mindful of packing the books safely for their return travel to us.
If books are returned in an unacceptable condition, then you will be invoiced and the book returned to you.

No, we have made the ordering system fully electronic. Use the link provided in your email, or email us directly at info@lilydalebooks.com.au
Where do I find the information for the new titles?
Information about the book is in the email you will have received from us when the box was delivered. You will also find it above.
How do you grade your books?
* Reluctant Reader = 8 years+
* Junior Fiction = 12 years +
* Middle Fiction = 14 years +
* Senior Fiction = 16 years +
Non Fiction = All ages
