Lilydale Books specialises in providing a full service for Libraries. This service includes:
New Release Library Box
The New Release Library Box is a carefully curated box of books that is delivered directly to your library. It contains 10-15 books from our top publishers (like Penguin, Harper Collins, Walker Books etc). These titles are all new releases with their publishing date no more than 1 month from when you receive the box.

Monthly or Term Visits
Here we showcase the latest fiction and nonfiction titles, other new releases and educational products. These visits can be made as frequently as you require. Items can be left on approval for your evaluation or presented by your Rep. The following discounts apply for new release titles:
Buy 25+ new release titles or more: 15% off RRP total order
Buy 40+ new release titles or more: 20% off RRP total order
Normal discount: 10% off RRP total order

Books on Approval
Libraries can request books on Approval for a 21 day period (or longer if required). If the school wishes to purchase any of the items on approval, we can email an invoice accordingly and the books can stay at the school.

Our team has a broad knowledge of titles across all study areas. We can source books on specific topics or subjects on request. Send us an email at info@lilydalebooks.com.au. This is a free service to any school library.
School Accounts with Online Ordering
Creating an account with Lilydale Books allows your school to be invoiced for books purchased. Discounts will automatically be applied to your account once it has been approved. To apply for this type of account you will need authorization from your Business Manager or Principal. Form available here.
If you would like to make an order without creating an account please email info@lilydalebooks.com.au. We require purchase order numbers for all school orders.
Discounts & Delivery
The following discounts apply for school orders:
Buy 25+ new release titles or more: 15% off RRP total order
Buy 40+ new release titles or more: 20% off RRP total order
Normal discount: 10% off RRP total order
*Discounts may not apply for some teacher resources.
Bulk discounts are also available. You may be looking for a class set (or class hire) of a particular title. Generally bulk orders are a minimum of 15 books of the same title. Please contact Lilydale Books via email with quantities and title information. We can provide a quote before you commit to the order.
Postage is free on all orders over $200. For orders under $200 a shipping fee will apply unless you are a partnering school – postage is free on ALL orders. Deliveries are made daily if required.
Is your school in an Australian state outside of Victoria?
You are welcome to place orders through Lilydale Books as we ship to Western Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Tasmania. Send us an email at info@lilydalebooks.com.au with item details and Purchase Order number or create an online account and place your order via our website. You will be eligible for discounts unless otherwise specified. Standard shipping rates apply unless your order is over $200 where you will receive FREE postage!
