Working with the team at Lilydale Books has been a wonderful experience. From beginning to end, we get the support we need, from trialling new texts and resources to add to the booklist, seamless administration of number of complex subscription arrangements, and of course, great support for our learning leaders. Parents and students also get all the help they need when purchasing either online or in person. Being local and not too big is one reason we love Lilydale Books – our parents and we get great personal service. In January, our eBooks are all set and ready to go (we love the SSO feature) and last year the team worked over the summer to fill in some of our database gaps to ensure all students were set to go come Day 1 on Term 1. After finding out our usual book list supplier wasn't doing booklists last year at the last minute you guys jumped in and made my life a whole lot easier. The staff are very competent and are always willing to answer questions about books and are very knowledgeable. The prices for stationery are also very reasonable and actually cheaper than Officeworks. |

This is the best service in Melbourne! The young lady on the phone was professional, friendly and answered all my questions. She was willing to go out of her way to look for second hand books and put them on a reservation. When I came into the store the ladies were efficient and helpful. Despite it being busy it is worth the wait in the line. Thank you for your services! I'll be back next year. |
