Shipping and Delivery
Payment Methods - Online
All online orders must be paid in full at the completion of your order. Currently payments can be made by:
- Visa, Mastercard via our secure Paypal gateway. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make a payment.
All books supplied will be new. If you prefer second hand books we suggest calling our store to check availability. Second hand books will not be posted. If you do not wish to order products online or prefer to pay via a different method, please call 03 9739 6186 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Payment Methods – Instore
We accept the following payments instore:
- EFTPOS/Credit Card
- Money Orders from Australia Post
Cheques will NOT be accepted.
If an item is discontinued or temporarily out of stock a customer service representative will contact you.
Postage & Handling
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are intended for shipment within Australia. The following postage charges apply (please note these are only a guide, postage may differ):
- $7.95 for 1 or 2 small items only Australia wide
- $11.95 for larger orders Australia wide
Occasionally we will have special postage discounts or offers. These will automatically be applied at checkout and may change without notice.
All items are sent via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. A tracking number will be sent via SMS or email once your order has been completed so you can track your parcel.
Claims for damaged or missing items will not be recognized after 7 days of the parcel being received. If you have received a damaged item or you are missing an item, you will need to contact Lilydale Books in writing by emailing email@example.com. Lilydale Books will endeavour to return your email within 2 business days to advise on your claim.
No claims will be recognized after 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Lilydale Books will ensure that goods are prepared with a reasonable amount of packaging to ensure safe delivery. No responsibility will be taken if an item is damaged during transit.
All attempts are made to send out orders as soon as we receive them. Most orders are sent within 2 to 10 days of receiving them. You will receive an email and a SMS once your order has been sent.
If there are delivery delays (due to unavailability of items or other reasons) a customer service representative will contact you via email, phone or SMS to let you know about the delay. Be sure to check your emails regularly.
If a particular item is unavailable at time of packing, the product may be substituted with a similar product of the same or greater value. This will only apply to stationery items.
Some items are unable to be posted due to size restrictions.
Back Ordered Items
If an item is unavailable it will be placed on backorder. It will be delivered as soon as it becomes available.
